This large group is known the world over as fearsome bandits and pirates. In fact, they are sometimes called the "Silver Feather Pirates" rather than just the "Silver Feathers." They often welcome anyone willing to join, though their ranks keep new members from gaining too much power too quickly. Their leader is known as a shrewd, intelligent, and surprisingly amicable person. He's supposedly convinced just about every leader in the world to allow his group members to freely travel through their towns and cities.

The main cities that allow the members of this group are Ornatus and Lior. Individuals in this group can still be persecuted for crimes made in these towns, but the group itself rarely receives any backlash. To keep this unspoken agreement, the members are forbidden from doing any crime in towns or cities. Of course, those who are members of this group know that they are free to perform any crimes they please so long as they do not wear or carry the symbol of the group: a silver charm in the shape of a feather, usually worn as a necklace. These charms are a play on the fact that their flagship is a massive airship named the Silverwing, which is rumored to be enchanted in some way. The charms are also how the group got it's name.

Outside of towns and cities, it's best to stay far away from anyone wearing one of these silver charms. They are ruthless and greedy, seeking any opportunity to make quick coin or torture innocents. It's even believed that they have kidnapped and enslaved some individuals in the past, though this is just a rumor as of now.
